There can be no dispute that James Marshall Hendrix is the dean of all Rock guitarists. This Jimi Hendrix T-shirt is named for the song that cemented his legend, Purple Haze. Although Hendrix was a master sideman for the likes of Little Richard, The Isley Brothers, Jackie Wilson, Sam Cooke and King Curtis, his real coming out party was his appearance at the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967. He blew everyone away, including all the other artists.

I like to wear my shirt out and not tucked in with this shirt in particular was so long it looked out of place, it came about 6 inches above my knee caps But the quality itself is awesome

Mind Blowing graphics
Deducted one Star only due to fact not sure how shirt will “ break in “ It seems a little stiff, even for a new shirt and I prefer a much softer shirt. It’s almost like the screen is made more of paint substance than normal printed graphic. I always wash in cold water and it’s says tumble dry low ( both recommended on tag ) so this will further delay softening of shirt. Having said that this is best graphic of any Hendrix shirt I’ve bought and I have half a dozen or more. Looks better that the photo on website
