How can I place an order?

Liquid Blue can accept orders through our retail website.



If you intend to pay for your online order by Credit Card, Debit Card, or Money Order, may wish to register an account using your valid email address and a password of your choice. Registering an account with allows you to store multiple addresses, as well as keep track of orders you've already placed. Don't want to register an account? No problem. Liquid Blue now allows you to checkout without creating an account.

As you browse the website, you can add any in-stock item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. When you're done shopping, you can continue by clicking the "Checkout" button. If you have already not logged into your account, you will be prompted to log into your existing account, or given the option to register a new account.

Once you're logged in, you'll have the option of reviewing all the items in your Shopping Cart. Here, you can remove items you don't want, or change the order quantity of items already in your cart. When you're satisfied with the content of your Shopping Cart, you can proceed to Checkout to select your shipping option and to enter your address and payment information.

After you complete your order, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your Order Number and a summary of your order. Please save this confirmation email for your records.


If you have a PayPal account, you can automatically create a new account by using the Checkout with PayPal option. When you are ready to complete your order, simply click the PayPal Checkout button. You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account, at which point you will be able to select your Shipping Address. Once you confirm your payment and shipping information, you will be directed back to Liquid Blue's Checkout process to complete your order.

After you complete your order, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your Order Number and a summary of your order. Please save this confirmation email for your records.

How can I pay for my order?

Liquid Blue can accept the following types of payment:





To pay with your existing PayPal account, click on the yellow "Checkout with PayPal" button to log into your existing PayPal account. All orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada must be paid via PayPal.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

To pay by Money Order, please select "Money Order" as your payment option during checkout. Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and a summary of your order. Please acquire a Money Order for the total cost of your order, including your shipping cost, and send it to us.

If you did not receive your confirmation email immediately after you placed your online order, it's possible that your order wasn't completed properly. If you registered a account before you placed your order, you can view your account information here. Once you've logged in, you'll be able to view the orders you've placed. If you don't see your order, please return to Checkout and try again.

Unfortunately, some of's notification emails are sometimes filtered as spam by some email providers. Please check your spam folder for your confirmation email.

Can you send me a catalog?

Sorry, but Liquid Blue does not publish a mail order catalogue at this time. Since the range of retail products we offer changes so frequently, we find that our retail website is the most efficient way to provide our customers with up-to-date product information.

Do you have a storefront I can visit?

Sorry, but Liquid Blue does not have a showroom or company store at our facility in Derry, NH. If you are local to Derry, NH and would like to save money on shipping cost, we would be happy to arrange for you to pick up your order. Please contact us by phone to arrange a customer pick-up. All orders must be paid in full prior to pick up.

I own a store and would like to sell Liquid Blue merchandise. How do I start?

Please keep in mind that not everything we sell through our retail website it available for wholesale. Liquid Blue sells some merchandise distributed by other companies, as well as some merchandise (such as some plus size shirts) that is for sale exclusively through our retail website.

Does the text "" appear printed on your shirts?

The '' text that appears on our website images is a security feature called a watermark. We use this watermark to prevent the unauthorized use of our website images and our artwork. It does NOT appear on the shirts themselves.

I want to buy a shirt from you, but you don't offer the design in my size. Why not?

At Liquid Blue, we do not have the time in our production schedule nor the space in our warehouse to offer every design in all sizes. Our screen-printing presses are expensive to operate, so each size we print must be produced in large quantities. We attempt to offer our shirts in the sizes that are most popular, but unfortunately there may not be enough demand for smaller and larger sizes to make printing those sizes cost effective.

Liquid Blue can only sell merchandise we have in stock 'as is.' We can not accommodate custom print orders for individual t-shirts.

If the shirt was made by another company, then Liquid Blue can only offer that design in the sizes that company produces.

I want to buy a shirt from you, but my size is out of stock. When will you have it again? Can I pre-order or back-order it?

If the out of stock shirt is produced by Liquid Blue, please keep in mind that Liquid Blue will usually reprint a shirt only when most or all sizes of that shirt have sold out of stock. If a shirt has been out-of-stock in all sizes for a while, it may have been discontinued from production. Please feel free to [contact us] by email for information on product availability.

Unfortunately, Liquid Blue does not offer pre-ordering or back-ordering for any out-of-stock items. All promotional or sale prices apply to in-stock merchandise only. If an item is out-of-stock at the time of a sale, we can not offer that item at the sale price after the sale has ended.

I want to buy a shirt, but I want to make some changes to it. Can I custom order a shirt?

Sorry, but Liquid Blue can only sell merchandise we have in stock 'as is.' We do not offer custom printing for individual shirts.

I used to have an old Liquid Blue shirt, but it was lost, stolen, or worn out. Can you sell me a replacement?

If the shirt is more than a few years old and you can't find it on our website, then it has probably been discontinued and completely sold out. With very rare exceptions, Liquid Blue does not reprint discontinued items.

I have a great idea for a t-shirt. How can I submit my idea?

Sorry, but Liquid Blue does not accept unsolicited artwork or product ideas.

I am an artist interested in working for Liquid Blue. Can you put my artwork on a t-shirt?

Liquid Blue is always interested in discovering new artistic talent. Liquid Blue employs a number of artists on a freelance basis who work closely with our Artistic Director to develop new apparel designs. While Liquid Blue is not actively seeking to engage any more freelance artists at this time, you are welcome to send a link to your online portfolio by email for consideration.
