Exceptional Customer Service
All the shirts I ordered were as described. However, the best part of my experience with Liquid Blue was their customer service. I ordered everyone in my family Grateful Dead shirts in early December. I opted to go with the free standard delivery. On December 23rd I still had not received the t-shirts so I sent an email explaining the situation. I received a reply from Liquid Blue with an apology and was notified that they would send out on next day delivery. Apparently, the USPS lost the shipment. The items arrived on Christmas Eve and I am extremely grateful for the customer service I received. Liquid Blue is a class act. I will continue to purchase from them in the future.
