Content & Imagery Copyright Policy

It has become readily apparent that there are more and more internet retailers of Liquid Blue merchandise than ever before. This is both a good thing and a challenging thing for us all.

At Liquid Blue we pride ourselves on our originality and our creative insight. We apply these values to our web content and design. By doing so we have created a unique web personality that helps us be recognized supporting our investment in this market. For this reason, we have to ask our internet partners to abstain from copying the photographs of our product and our product descriptions. These assets are significant and we feel it inappropriate and unethical to have invested in these depictions only to have them mirrored on other websites.
We will gladly provide access to our secure online image archive. The archive is updated on a regular basis sent via email. Retailers that wish to use our product imagery must ensure that the © liquidblue watermark is clearly readable at all sizes and must not be removed.

It will be a requirement to update any existing pages that do not contain our watermark clearly readable in order to be a retailer of our merchandise.

We have experienced unauthorized use and duplication of some of our art due to the high resolution of our previously posted and available photos. Please refrain from hosting any larger imagery of our shirts than supplied in our archive.
